Nicole Jacobsson is an internationally experienced entrepreneur, executive and C-level manager. She has lived in various European countries and successfully developed executives, entrepreneurs and organizations for over 20 years.

Nicole is an ambassador for a sustainable leadership culture and, as an expert in organizational development and executive coaching, knows how to push the right buttons and set levers in motion so that long-term success is possible.

Nicole is of German/Swedish origin. Her husband Christer is Senior Executive Finance & Controlling in a U.S. American global corporation. Both have their roots in the automotive industry and in other industrial and technology-heavy companies. Their two children are now in their teens.

Nicole knows how to successfully manage career and family in a sometimes refreshingly different way. She was six months pregnant with her daughter when she accepted her first board mandate in Sweden.
